If you’re like me, sometimes you slack on your self care practice.

I’ve got three boys to raise, and I’m running an online business. I have clients that need me, and I at least try to be a good wife and be available for my husband…. which means…. some days, there isn’t a whole lot of extra time to take care of me at the end of the day.

Today’s vlog changes all of that.

I’m going to give you my tools for making your self care a priority and creating a non negotiable self care schedule that you can actually stick to.

Your needs have to come before anyone else’s or you won’t be able to be the best version of yourself possible … and don’t your friends, family and clients need you to be on top of your game?

So do take care of yourself so that you can take care of them…

But more importantly, take care of yourself because it makes you feel good.
