Have you ever been broke? Suffered an embarrassing failure? Been through a painful break up? Not been picked for the team? Been teased or made fun of? Of course, we all have. And as result, you might have developed a few fears…fear of not having enough, fear of missing out, fear of letting someone in or meeting new people, fear of failing. These are fears that we have all experienced to some degree. And every time we experience these fears that are holding us back from fulfilling relationships, pursuing our dreams, and living our best life it’s because we are taking these painful memories from the past and projecting them onto our future. Because naturally, we don’t want to go through that pain again. You only experience fear and anxiety if you are living in the past or the future. Fear isn’t in the present. So your next step to get clear of unnecessary fear is to remember when you are. Being present is the key to releasing fear. When you stop looking into the past and stop projecting into the future and fix your attention on the present moment you will start to gain the clarity you need to break the fearful thought cycles that are keeping you from your greatest joy.
